Error - When integrating forms with desk

Error - When integrating forms with desk

I have setup the integration between forms and desk with all the fields mapped. 

When I am finished it says integration successful but as soon as I go back to it, it gives the error
"Layout is either invalid or deleted from your Zoho Desk account. Remove the current integration and reconfigure."

I have tried to redo this multiple times but still get this error.

On the Zoho Desk in question, I am a 'Light agent' - does this effect my ability to integrate with that Zoho desk instance?
Is there any setup that is required on the Zoho Desk in question, as I do not think it integrates with any Zoho forms currently.
