Error while creating Brand "This portal is already mapped to another CRM account"

I try to make connection between Social and CRM and showing this message:
Error while creating Brand "This portal is already mapped to another CRM account"

I had two organization and the first one is default and I try to make the integration with second one. I want to solve issue asap please.
