Powered by Zia, it brings together insights from emails, calls, meetings, and notes into a concise, contextual summary that highlights what matters most: key discussion points, outcomes, and next steps.
But Zia doesn’t just summarize it understands the context.
With this, anyone whether taking over a lead, re-engaging a quiet prospect, or revisiting an ongoing deal can instantly understand the full conversation trail before moving forward.

Smart analysis of interactions: Zia reviews recent activities linked to a record and summarizes up to ten entries each from emails, calls, meetings, and notes — focusing only on the most recent and relevant information.
Enhanced with call transcriptions: When Call Transcription is enabled, Zia analyzes both the transcription text and call details to generate more accurate, human-like summaries. If transcriptions aren’t available, Zia uses call fields such as Subject, Purpose, and Agenda to build the summary.
Relevant notes only: Only conversation-related notes are considered, ensuring internal or non-contextual notes don’t clutter your summary.
