Expired domain renewal - directions weren't clear

Expired domain renewal - directions weren't clear

Need help renewing my domain which expired on 9/30/16. Due to my oversight, I didn't catch this until now.

My domain is www.longhornfin.com

I looked on the Support pages, but the directions there didn't match what I saw on my screen. There was no "Renew" link or anything.

And auto renew was not turned on.

Could someone please give me some guidance as to how to do this? Definitely need my site back up ASAP.

And I can't even update the credit card for this section.
