Export Contacts with accented characters

I want to export my Zoho CRM Contacts that have an email, to Zoho Mail.

Since this is not automated, I tried to export the Zoho CRM Contacts to a CSV file using the Data Admin Export Tool.

However when I view the CSV file, it contacts ? (strange) character instead of the Accents some of our contacts have in their names.  Ex: François holds the ç character.
