External User onboarding for zoho connect is not really intuitive.

So the external user is sent an invite, which has a button that directs them to login to zoho to view the invite, but if they don't have a zoho account, they cannot access that invite, which seems kinda silly, as there is not real way on for them to create an account from where the button in the email sends them.   This doesn't really make much sense, unless of course, you first direct them to create an account and then send them an invite?  idk, there must be a better way to do this.  we want to be able to invite clients to join a group to discuss their account from time to time, and this flow just doesn't seem to work well at all.   

Woulnd't it make more sense to have a way to accept the invite and create the account all at the same time, or at least a button on the login page that directs them to create an account, otherwise they just end up not being able to go anywhere.  

makes no sense at all for this kind of fucntionality. 

Any ideas on how to make a work flow make more sense and is intuitive to invite users?
