Facebook Integration

I am currently exploring several different CRM solutions. One of the things that caught my eye with Zoho was the integration with Facebook. From what I read each user of the system can connect their Facebook page with their user account. How do company pages connect with Zoho, does it essentially work the same way?

Say a facebook user likes our business page. Would Zoho be able to automatically create a lead record for that person on "like' of our page? I think that functionality would be amazing.
