Facebook Integration Problems

I am currently working in the free version of ZOHO with limited staff in order to work out any customizations before purchasing an upgrade. I was able to integrate ZOHO with a facebook user account. And then realized that I want zoho to be attached to our company director's facebook account.

I followed the instructions and removed the app from the facebook account. However, I am now no longer able to reconnect to another facebook account. A window comes up with a list of names and empty silhouettes.
