False Advertising - No Quickbooks Integration
Im very disappointed in Zoho. The website says over and over again on the comparison details that quickbooks integration is supported. There are even detailed instructions to set it up. That was the deciding factor for me when making my CRM decision. I signed up for the professional version this weekend only to find out there is NO integration. I called customer service and was told it was canceled 8 months ago and they just "haven't had a chance to update the website yet" Anyone who owns a business knows that is completely false, 8 months is more than enough time to make a simple change and remove a feature you very well know you don't support. Instead you are misleading customers into signing up for a service that is not offered. Im very disappointed you would act so dis-honestly. I wasted a whole weekend getting orientated with ZOHO and watching tutorials only to find out it wont work for me.
