False Domain Expired notice and no access to DNS panel
This has been reported to Zoho Support, but thought I'd mention it here as it may be part of a larger problem.
My root domain raynorman.com became inaccessible via web browser ,(www works) and I was told by Zoho Support that I was using am ip address that has not been supported by Zoho for some time. I was directed to access my DNS panel and make remapping corrections myself. However, when I attempted to access my DNS panel, I got the error "Domain Expired".
Note: I purchased my domain through Zoho, and my www.raynorman.com domain is, in fact active, and does not expire until October of 2018. I have receipts from Zoho showing my payment and that the domain is active.
