I originally had an issue with outlook requiring a fresh window install. As a result, existing files in the Zoho sync folder were deleted as part of the fresh install.

I reinstalled the zoho docs desktop application and it looked ok having downloaded the folder structure.

However, some files are downloaded and others are not. Some folders have a tick indicating sync is complete although when browsing into the folders there are no files.

Help would be appreciated.
