Fonts in Contact Form

I can't find where to change the font color for the Contact Form Labels, and have tried changing every one possible using the visual editor under Themes.

The background of the Contact Form is white, so I need to change the font color there where people will be typing their query from white to black, but I can't find where to do this either.

I would appreciate help with this
