Forcing a download & install each time
I'm new to using Zoho Meeting for remote support. I'm experimenting with it. However, each time I act as the host OR the client, the app wants me to download and install the program. Even though I've used the app multiple times.
Why do I have to download and install each time? This is a hassle and will aggravate my clients. Is there a setting I need to check to prevent this?
