Form Submission Eror

I'm using the CRM forms on my website. When someone submits their information, they are not referred to my return URL. Instead they go to:

https://as.zoho.com/cf/checkurl.cf?URL=http%3A%2F%2Flicensesolution.com%2Fcalifornia-real-estate-agent-license%2F

And they are shown the following text:
The request was triggered by different origin

Can you tell me why this is happening? How do I fix this issue?
