I am working with a client taking them to ZOHO CRM and I have converted most of their documents but their proposal docs are 10 pages and they have a lot of formatting. I get it the way I want and upload it.  When I merge it is changes a couple of the formats (colors) in the merge fields and column heading orientation. I am using MS Word and have tried it from both the potentails view and using the merge template in MS Word and get the same results.  Why can't my formats stick?
