We have 2 users for our google aps/zoho crm account for example name1@ and name2@ however we use a generic email address for all customer contact info@ what's the best way of setting this up so the mail integration works in Zoho CRM, so we can check, assign and respond to emails under our own account name1@ but be working on info@ email account??
