Unless I am thick ( and I hope I am because i need this to work ) docs / write can't do the following.

I have created a letterhead template within Docs. It has a header and a footer graphic. now.... if I open this up and then want to write a letter or create some type of document when its finished I want to then save that into a folder within Docs but it seems you can only create a version of the document which is not what I want as this overwrites the template 

Is it me thats missing something blindingly obvious ? 

Also I have a folder called corporate docs and 1 called letterheads If for example I want to select a document in 1 folder and copy / move it into another it just does not seem to work and wont let me do this 

Could really do with much more help being available on docs ie user videos etc Im on the verge of giving up :-)
