Hi, 

I recently made an integration between forms and crm, where everytime there's a new form record, it adds a new contact or updates an existing contact in the crm. 

It worked for 1 or 2 records. However, there are a few new records in the last 2 days that I can't seem to find in CRM no matter how much I search. 

When I check the record on forms, there is a field that tells me the record has been added to crm.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue?
