Hello Zoho Team,
We hope you are doing well.
Currently, Zoho One allows admins to configure security policies and enable or disable Social Sign-In options for third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Twitter, Facebook, Slack, and GitHub.
🎯 Current Limitation
Even if we disable certain providers (or even all of them) in the policy, users still see the logos of all available providers on the login/sign-up page. According to support, the validation of allowed sign-in methods happens only after the user enters their email, so the system cannot hide the disabled providers.
💡 Feature Request
We would like to request the ability to hide inactive Social Sign-In providers directly from the login/sign-up screen. Specifically:
If an admin disables a provider (e.g., Twitter, Facebook), its logo should not appear.
If all providers are disabled, the Social Sign-In section should not appear at all.
🔑 Why This Matters
Improves user experience by avoiding confusion (users shouldn’t see login methods that are not available to them).
Strengthens security awareness, since showing unused login options may lead to misunderstandings.
Provides consistency with admin configurations — what is disabled should not be visible at the front end.
We believe this small improvement would make Zoho One more intuitive and aligned with the security policies set by admins.
Thank you for considering this enhancement.
Best regards,
Ram
