How can I create a Contact, Organization and Deal in CRM from a form submission?

How can I create a Contact, Organization and Deal in CRM from a form submission?

Hi,

I can currently create a Contact and Organization in Zoho CRM with Forms integration, but now I want to create an opportunity as well associated with this organization. Any ideas how I can create all 3?
