It seems like we could use the Designations feature to tag employees with things like "Part Time" or "Full Time". However once you add the designations there doesn't appear to be anything you can do with it.

How do you apply designations to specific users? I cannot find anywhere to do this and I cannot find any documentation on it. The only documentation just says how to create or delete them, not how to actually apply the designations to users.
