I developed an App and Form in Zoho Creator to test to see how it works. I imported the app/form into Zoho CRM and liked what I did. The form required some changes, which I was able to do in Creator. Now when I try to import the app/form into Zoho CRM again, I get the following error message:

"This form is already associated with a custom tab. Please choose another form." 

I tried to find the custom tab, but can't find that either. 

Where/how would I break the association?
