How long before email should be received?

How long before email should be received?

I have set up a workflow action to send an email. This is in a sandbox environment. ZOHO tells me that it is working, I see in the workflow "View Usage" that one was sent, and in the "Sent Email Status" report, I see the record of it, with the correct email address.

However, that email address has not received it.  The email address is my own, and is effectively gmail - although it is an enterprise account and is not in the "gmail.com" domain address space.

I have checked my 'Spam folder' and others.  I am looking to find out what the time lag/service level metrics will be so that I know what to expect.
