Hello ! 

I'm new at Zoho CRM, and am currently exploring the scoring options. 

I'm using MailGun to shoot email campaigns, and I'd like to synchronize the opens and the clicks (in MailGun), with the touchpoint score in Zoho. Did someone manage to do that ? 

I explored Zapier, but it doesn't look very helpful regarding this issue.
