How to create a Deal in CRM from a Desk ticket linked to same Account and same Contact of Zoho Desk ticket

I know that there is this topic:

But I would like that the function search for a correspondence between the ticket email equal to the CRM contact email (not the Deals email) and to search for the Ticket Account among the CRM accounts. Then with these two informations, I want to open a Deal that has: for contact the ticket contact, for Account the ticket account and for Deal Object, the subject of the ticket.

Can you help me in modify the function?
