How to create a Master Kanban Board that syncs with Child Projects?

Hello,

We're currently using Zoho Sprints for managing our interdepartmental teams, and we're looking to enhance our workflow using Kanban boards as part of a company-wide productivity improvement initiative.

Our goal is to implement a project structure with a "Master Board" that automatically gets updated based on the progress of several "Child Boards."

Here's how we envision it working:

  • Production teams would work on their individual tasks within the Child Boards (i.e., specific projects).

  • As they complete key milestones or move tasks to the next stage on their Child Boards, the Master Board would automatically reflect this progress.

  • The Master Board, which represents the overall project phases, would then show the current status of each individual project at a glance.

This functionality would be incredibly useful for our project managers. It would allow them to:

  • Monitor the progress of all projects from a single view.

  • Quickly identify bottlenecks and potential delays.

  • Streamline their work and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.

We're not sure if this kind of automated synchronization or integration is possible within Zoho Sprints. Has anyone in the community managed to set up a similar system to connect and automatically update boards between different projects?
