How To Create Workspace In Docs?

How To Create Workspace In Docs?

I'm not seeing any way to create a workspace in Docs. I watched  this video  on it, but I don't have the same options for whatever reason. 

The only options I'm presented with are:
- Document
- Spreadsheet
- Presentation
- Folder



Nothing else. I have a paid account, and I've never created a workspace before. 

Any ideas here? Thanks
