How to customize website.. ??

I am having trouble.. Zoho offers the main theme also to edit with html it is same for every page.. I want to use diffrent layout on diffrent pages .. how can i do that.. and how can i upload website created by me to Zoho from my computer. Please help me. .. i need to talk somebody for this .. i need help for lots of issues i have with zoho sites..
