how to disable staff selection Zoho Booking integrated to SalesIQ?

currently there is only one Consultant in my Zoho Bookings like this

I integrate Zoho Bookings into Zoho SalesIQ to create a chatbot. Unfortunately, even though I only have one consultant for a consultation, the user have to pick the consultant. It will be better If I can disable staff selection. can I do that?
