How to remove 2nd navigation panel in mobile view?

How to remove 2nd navigation panel in mobile view?

When I poublish mobile version of my webpage I always getting this page name word and white dots on the bottom of true navigation panel. I hope you understand me, if not I will attach a screenshot. Hope you will help me as soon as possible. Thank you.

PS: I was able to change color of the font but I cannot find a way to remove it for good.
