i can import my ical into my zoho my calendar but that doesn't translate to my calendar linked to CRM

i can import my ical into my zoho my calendar but that doesn't translate to my calendar linked to CRM

I would like to know how to be able to link the two calendars, zoho my calendar and crm calendar with the same information. Is there a way to do this? Seems like it should be automatic, but I cant figure it out. 

Any help would be appreciated.
