I can't publish , external site reports error 404

I can't publish , external site reports error 404

Yesterday was unable to update the site, i contacted help service and i have 2 tickets ... but still the same .
I cant publish , contact support, support contacted urgently and still the same .. waiting .
I unpublished the site and the same , cant publish and external error 404. I dunno what happend.
If i change the free domain for other ill lose my site ? pls i need a solution i worked a lot of time and i dont wanna loose all the content.
