I have deleted a page, but

I created the page www.lusac.org.uk/drive.html and then deleted it, yet I now cannot create a new page with that subpage address as apparently the original page still exists. I have discovered that by navigating to the page  https://sitebuilder-636683646.zohositescontent.com/builder#pages/drive the page does in fact still appear to exist, although I can't republish it as it dosen't show up in my list of pages (since I 'deleted' it) and I cannot reuse its address. How can I get round this, or can I never use www.lusac.org.uk/drive.html again?
