I have had a problem with Zoho mail add in ever since the new version of CRM came out

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and if so is there a fix. 

We really liked that we could track email conversations between users in our organization and potential and existing customers. That ability basically went away once we were switched over to the new skin of CRM. We have had chat help and remote sessions and a couple of times it worked again only to later not work.

We use chrome as our browser and have test it as well in firefox with the same result.

Are we the only organization that has this problem? Or is this a known issue?

Someone please help.
