From your help it seems  that i should be able to do this.  Looks like it was available in an older version of project. I can find the interface in the current version, however cannot see the options for "remove" or "trash".  see attachments..

I created the page, and uploaded the file and I have admin rights.

If you could please direct me how to do this that would be great.
