We have been in touch with leads over email with Gmail accounts as well as Zoho Mail (which is of course much more storage limited). Now we're getting into Zoho CRM and need to see past email and track current email. So two tasks: import email from relevant contacts and 2-way sync email that we send to and receive from those contacts on Gmail and Zoho Mail.

I understand that none of this is possible in any of the trial editions, so I need an answer from the community. How easy or hard is this? Thank you.
