Is it possible to import the spreadsheet document that was downloaded from a Form?

To clarify, I downloaded several forms and now have an Excel file.

I then added more information to that Excel file. Can I then upload it back unto Zoho Forms?

I want it so that new forms will appear  - having the new data?
