We’d like to request an enhancement to the current RingCentral integration with Zoho. RingCentral now automatically generates call transcripts and AI-based call summaries (AI Notes) for each call, which are extremely helpful for support and sales teams. However, Zoho does not currently import this valuable data into tickets or contact records.
We’d love to see the integration updated to:
Automatically pull call transcripts into the relevant ticket, lead, or contact.
Sync AI Notes (summaries) and display them directly in the ticket thread or call activity as a Private Comment.
Ensure all calls are consistently logged in Zoho – currently, the integration is unreliable and sometimes skips logging calls altogether.
This is especially important because RingCentral only stores call recordings for 90 days, after which all data is lost. Having transcripts and AI summaries stored in Zoho would preserve valuable context for future reference, improve team collaboration, and reduce the risk of losing important call insights.
