Individual User - Access Denied Message After Zoho Account Established & Permissions Granted
We have a private Wiki. I am adding individual users access by using their home/work email address instead of Zoho ID. The user is receiving the email notification, is then creating a Zoho account, then tries to access our Wiki URL but they receive message access denied. I then need to add them AGAIN as an individual user. When I do this a 2nd time, the user is then able to access the Wiki using their Zoho user name / pw.
Obviously, I am doing something incorrectly. I am trying to eliminate the step of me having to add the same user a 2nd time after their Zoho account is established. Therefore, this is what I am trying to achieve:
1. We add individual user access by using their work/home email address since they are not current Zoho users.
2. When the user receives the email notification of access, they create a Zoho account and then are immediately able to access the Wiki instead of receiving message "access denied".
