Infinite loading circle on customer device after session ends
Hi!
I've just started using Zoho Assist and am overall a fan! However, while testing it out before asking any customers to use it, I noticed that the Zoho Assist Customer android app ("Customer App - Zoho Assist") seems to get stuck on an infinite loading spinner (See attached image) once the session has ended.
Opening the recent/open apps view, closing the Zoho app and then opening it again fixes this, but this process will be a pain to explain to customers and is presumably not the intended behaviour.
I'm testing this on a (Rooted) Samsung Note 9 running One UI 2.5 on Android 10. Has anyone else faced this issue, and is there a known fix for it?
