Instant messaging is now supported in the latest version of the Zoho Desk Android mobile app

In the latest version (v2.6.0.1) of the Zoho Desk Android mobile app, we have brought in support for Instant messaging integration.

What is Instant messaging?

Instant Messaging feature helps users to make their business smooth by connecting with customers Instantly via chat. In this feature, we supported integration for familiar platforms such as WhatsApp, LINE and Telegram in Desk app. Now Customers can reach out to businesses more easily than before.

Prime Features:

  • Manage customer queries instantly coming from any of the above messaging apps.

  • Improving engagement capabilities by sharing attachments and sending Canned Responses to common questions.

  • One-click assignment of conversations to the respective agents.

  • Helps in converting the conversations into tickets which can be handled by Agents.
