Insufficient-privileges-to-perform-this-operation-contact-your-administrator

Greetings.

I am an iOS app developer, but new to zoho integration.
I read API document and able to generate API auth token for insert records from third party applications, just from iOS App. It is working fine for CEO/Administrator/Standard users.

But it is getting error response while issert Records via API for some users.
"insufficient-privileges-to-perform-this-operation-contact-your-administrator".

I've researched this issue with google for 3 days but till stucking on this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
