Dear Support Zoho,

               I have some issue about integrate Zoho CRM with Asterisk phone system, please help me solve it :

              1- Configure Phonebridge : Setup → App & Add-on → Orther App → Choose Telephone Provider → Asterisk 1.4

                        I have full fill information and click save but it can't save information. I have re-type many time but it still can't save.

               2- Currently, The lastest Asterisk's version that Zoho CRM can support?

               3- Can you send me document step by step to deploy it?

               4- When i make a call on web interface, Zoho CRM use brower's laucher or softphone to call?
