I set up a website on an old account (since deleted that account), and pointed the domain "kernowscript.com" to it. 

We scrapped that, and opened a new account with our company email address and built our new site - however when mapping the domain to the new site we receive the internal sites issue stating the DNS cannot be found. 

Is anyone available to make the required changes on your end - I'm presuming there's just confusion between which of the two sites it needs to point too causing the error, but as we foolishly deleted the other account we can't access it to remove anything from it. 

Hoping to get this fixed "urgently" as we can't launch the website until then. 

Just to confirm, the domain we are trying to use is kernowscript.com and then current zoho site is kernowscript.zohosites.com
