Introducing Dynamic Display in Zoho CRM mobile apps

We're happy to announce that Dynamic Display is now available in the Zoho CRM mobile app for both iOS and Android devices.
Mobile apps have become synonymous with convenience and flexibility. As more and more businesses rely on mobile apps alongside their web counterparts, it's essential to keep the app experience clean, focused, and optimized for smaller screens.
The list view in the Zoho CRM mobile app already lets you display up to 4 fields for each record. But what if you want to see more field values, or even perform actions like calling a contact or checking in to a meeting right from the list view?
With Dynamic Display, that's now possible.
What is Dynamic Display?
Dynamic Display in Zoho CRM's mobile app lets you choose up to 9 fields to show in your list view so that you see the most important details right away without having to open each record.

Example
Let's say you're a sales representative at a real estate firm. While working in the Leads module, you often look for key information like lead status, property type, budget range, preferred location, and contact number. With Dynamic Display, you can bring all these details into your list view and view them at a glance. Plus, you can add the call button, so you can reach out instantly without even opening the record.
Dynamic Display components
Dynamic Display is divided into four sections to which you can add fields:
- Heading (one field)
- Subheading (two fields)
- Subheading (two fields)
- Items (four fields)

Advanced options
Along with field customization, Dynamic Display also offers a few advanced options to help you tailor the list view even further:
- Image: Choose what image appears next to each record. You can select from the following options:
Owner - Shows the profile image of the record owner.
Record - Shows the image from the record itself (if available).
None - No image is shown.

- Style: Choose how you want records to appear in the list view:
List - Simple, compact layout
Card - A more spaced-out, card-style layout

- Action: Add a quick action button to each record.
Call - Available in Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Calls, and Vendors modules
