In addition to our web plans, you can now purchase Zoho TeamInbox directly from your mobile app store.

This version allows users to connect their channels—Email, Business WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram DM—right from their mobile devices and manage conversations seamlessly.

They can reply from the app without switching between multiple applications, assign conversations, archive, discuss with their team, and handle everything from their mobile.

These plans are tailored for solopreneurs and micro-businesses that heavily depend on social media to run their operations. Businesses handling communications like receiving orders, responding to queries, and sending confirmations via Email, Instagram DM, Facebook DM, and Business WhatsApp will find Zoho TeamInbox invaluable for organizing and managing their chats—all under one roof, without the need for a laptop or complex infrastructure.
