Boost Productivity with Swipe Actions in Zoho CRM Android App

Hello everyone,

How much time do you spend each day on your list view? Probably quite a lot. Since it's such an important part of your work, wouldn't it be easier if you could take action directly from your list view instead of opening each record one by one?

Well, good news! You can now do this with swipe actions in your Android app.

What are swipe actions?

Just as the name suggests, you can now swipe left or right on any record in the list view to perform quick actions such as cloning, editing, sending emails, and more, all without opening the record.

Info: Customization for swipe actions will be supported in future updates.

Swipe actions are module-specific.

For example:

1. The Meetings module includes a Cancel Meeting option.
   
2. The Calls module includes Reschedule, Cancel, and Complete Call actions.
   

Here's a quick look at how it works:

Left swipe 

 

Right swipe 

Full swipe  (execute the last action available for that direction swipe)

Note: Swipe actions are currently supported in the list view of all modules and the calendar view of the Meetings and Calendar modules.
