Introducing templates for Zoho Show

Hi everyone,
We're pleased to introduce Show's new slide and presentation templates. These templates, which can be used as a blueprint for creating your slides and presentations, include slide layouts, background styles, and slide effects. You can customize your own templates, reuse, and share them.

You can use Show's built-in templates when you have time constraints or aren't sure where to start customizing your own templates. With Show's varied templates, you no longer have to worry about designing your slide decks. Using Show's ready-made templates, you can get started creating your presentation immediately and you only need to focus on framing your content effectively, not on designing your decks. 

 

Show also offers useful patterns for various business purposes to help you choose a style that matches your slide details, such as Brand Style Guide, Tech Startup, Waterfall Project Planning, and Sales Case Study. Select the style of your preference and click Create Presentation to open it in your Show app. With Show templates, you can change the layout, background styles, or effects to suit your needs. This way, you can customize your slide positions and project content in a more meaningful way. Change the deck layouts using either the More Layouts option in the top-left or the Change Layout option in the Format panel. 

   

If you prefer to design your own slide decks but want to start with a cohesive color palette and font range, you can do so using Themes. Zoho Show offers a predefined set of themes to help you maintain consistency throughout your slides. 

 

These design themes connect the slides in your presentation with matching fonts, styles, and effects. This makes it easy for the audience to capture the overall concept of your presentation.

Show offers designs with setting options like Font scheme, Color Scheme, and Preview. When you change to a different pattern, the font scheme and the color scheme also update automatically. This saves you time in pondering over the correct fonts and colors for your themes. The Theme options are available right within the Product Listing page. You can also apply themes using the Format panel in the contextual toolbar. 

 

Show offers a ready-to-use environment to motivate you as you create effective presentations. With a wide variety of choices for your Templates, and Themes, create professional-looking slides directly from Show's Product Listing page. This saves a lot of your time and effort in manually formatting your slides so you can focus on getting your message across.

In addition, you can also customize your presentation patterns with Show's Slide presets, which will be available soon.
