I've created a form in Gravity Forms, integrated with Zoho CRM, and all is working except the checklist (business skills, workplace skills, etc.) https://www.successperformancesolutions.com/elearning-contact-form/  Is it possible to trigger tags for these options or what other solution?  I tried used an open text questions but it only populates the last one selected
