Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding  sending SMS from Zoho

When we send emails from Zoho, we can include  HTML code to format the message (like adding links, styling, etc.).

Is it possible to do something similar when sending  SMS messages through Zoho or Twilio integration?
For example, can we include  HTML tags or formatted content inside the SMS body?

Or does SMS only support  plain text without HTML formatting ?
